The Hong Kong Housing Authority drew lots by ballot for the Green Form Subsidised Home (GSH) Ownership Scheme 2024 to determine the priority order of applicants based on the last two digits of their application numbers. The first ten numbers in pecking order are 62, 66, 08, 32, 82, 76, 52, 39, 19, and 44. The remaining numbers drawn are as follows: 87, 45, 35, 80, 85, 17, 69, 29, 34, 96, 72, 83, 21, 06, 78, 60, 04, 67, 11, 22, 74, 95, 93, 90, 26, 27, 50, 43, 37, 59, 79, 05, 68, 33, 86, 91, 24, 97, 23, 92, 84, 99, 57, 10, 61, 40, 77, 14, 89, 41, 64, 28, 15, 73, 88, 70, 16, 42, 46, 31, 56, 47, 75, 98, 01, 58, 03, 63, 55, 53, 51, 36, 38, 07, 13, 18, 12, 25, 02, 48, 09, 49, 71, 81, 20, 54, 30, 94, 00, and 65. The Housing Authority initially received over 36,000 applications, with approximately 12,000 being new applications, indicating an oversubscription of about 13 times.
