KUAISHOU-W (01024.HK) opened 2.96% higher today, and peaked at $91.4, logging an over-3.5-year high. It last printed at $91, escalating 7.57%, with 38.3625 million shares traded, involving $3.434 billion.

KUAISHOU-W achieved commercial success through the deployment of AI technology, CLSA released a research report saying.

Its Kling video generation model has generated over RMB100 million in monthly revenue since April 2025, and served over 20,000 enterprise clients including XIAOMI-W (01810.HK), AWS, Freepik, Blue Focus, Baidu (BIDU.US), fal, 37 Games and NetEase (NTES.US).

Kling presented new opportunities, with approx. 70% of revenue coming from overseas (US, EU and Japan). The company maintained positive gross margins, and aimed to achieve breakeven within 3-5 years.

Therefore, CLSA rated KUAISHOU-W at Outperform, with a target price of $83.
