The measures proposed multiple initiatives to further stimulate the real estate market's vitality, including housing purchase subsidies, trade-ins, and housing voucher arrangements. Regarding the housing voucher arrangements, housing vouchers will be available for those affected by state-owned land housing expropriation and collective land housing demolition projects that implement monetary compensation across the city. They may receive 50% of the expropriation and demolition compensation in the form of housing vouchers, and, while purchasing newly built commercial housing, are eligible to collect a subsidy worth 10% of the actual consumption amount of these vouchers.
