White House Clarifies No Replacement for Powell Yet

While US President Donald Trump might reportedly select a replacement for Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell as early as this summer, the White House clarified on Thursday that no decision has been made regarding Powell's successor

It stated that Trump has the authority to decide and emphasized that there are several excellent candidates to consider.
